Returns & Exchanges
All Désirant merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days of receiving item. Product must be in new condition, unused and in original packaging. No returns on perishable goods, gift cards or consumables. Customer must pay shipping charges for returned products.

Refund Process
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another gift card and mailed to your billing address.

Désirant is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for processing. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive a notification when your return has been processed.

In-Store
Returns must be accompanied by original receipt. A government-issued ID is required for returns without an original packing list. We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns without an original packing list.

Furniture

Furniture can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund of the merchandise cost. After 30 days, Désirant will only refund items where a manufacturer defect was found. Product defect returns may be made for up to one year from the date of delivery.
